In 1975, environmental challenges such as excessive industrial cooling water discharge and groundwater subsidence led to the emergence of cooling towers. Linkcooling’s founder, Mr. Lin, observed severe limescale buildup caused by prolonged circulation in cooling towers. He noted, “The scale created by evaporation and splashing became a major issue—removing it was time-consuming and unsustainable.”
Seeing clients struggle repeatedly with the same limescale problems, Mr. Lin realized that a closed-loop cooling tower system was the key solution. This insight motivated him to research, innovate, and ultimately transform the cooling tower industry.
